Grounded in multiple engineering disciplines, she is recognized for her client-focused strategies, strong contract management skills, and in-depth knowledge of Yukon’s regulatory framework.

Co-Owner - Parhelion Engineering Inc.
Luca brings experience as a civil engineer with a strong background in bridge engineering and construction oversight, specializing in construction management, project oversight, and infrastructure inspection. Having worked in Yukon Territory since 2014, Luca has gained experience in the design, construction, and inspection of bridges, culverts, roads, and associated infrastructure.
