Josée Karine Perron-Gionet brings years of expertise in project and construction management, with a specialization in leading the planning and delivery of large-scale structural and civil engineering projects. Grounded in multiple engineering disciplines, she is recognized for her client-focused strategies, strong contract management skills, and in-depth knowledge of Yukon’s regulatory framework.
Her career began with field inspections and evolved into progressively senior roles managing contracts, projects, and programs for major transportation infrastructure. Josée’s experience also extends to the care, maintenance, and remediation of abandoned mine sites, where she oversaw buildings, water treatment facilities, tailings dams, electrical production and distribution systems, and environmental liabilities.
During her tenure with the Yukon Government, Josée demonstrated exceptional leadership by guiding teams through the full project lifecycle — from planning, field investigation, and permitting to design, tendering, construction, and post-construction close-out.
Josée is known for her organizational skills, collaborative leadership, and problem-solving acumen.
