Luca brings experience as a civil engineer with a strong background in bridge engineering and construction oversight, specializing in construction management, project oversight, and infrastructure inspection. Having worked in Yukon Territory since 2014, Luca has gained experience in the design, construction, and inspection of bridges, culverts, roads, and associated infrastructure.

Luca brings a detail-oriented approach to managing field operations, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and conducting thorough inspections to assess structural integrity and performance.
